We believe in making the arts accessible to everyone and creating opportunities for local artists to thrive. That's why we're offering tiered pricing for Winter Theatre Forum. Choose the pricing tier that aligns with your financial situation, and if you are able to select a higher price point, that helps us offer discounted rates and free passes for folx who might not be able to attend otherwise.

All Access Forum Pass Pricing:

Individual Day Passes (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday):

Individual Day Pass (Saturday):

A la Carte Workshop Pricing (available at the door, based on availability):

All participants, regardless of the price tier, will enjoy the same comprehensive forum experience. We want to welcome all artists, performers, educators, and enthusiasts to join us.

Refund Policy: Please note that we cannot offer refunds once payment is received. Registration is transferable to another participant.

Sponsor Additional Free Passes: We would like to be able to give 50+ free passes to local educators, performers, and other folx who might not otherwise be able to attend the full conference due to the cost. If you or your business would like to underwrite the cost for additional free passes to the forum, please contact Hello@CarpenBarry.com

Limited Registration: To ensure that we maintain space capacity and provide a valuable experience for all participants, we're limiting forum registration to 100 participants. Secure your spot today.

Performance Ticket Pricing: For our special performances, we offer flexible pricing tiers for tickets. Choose the pricing that best fits your budget.
